Product Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Specialist. As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in understanding our products inside and out, providing expert guidance to both internal teams and external clients. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Facilitate communication and issue resolution between providers and internal teams, addressing bugs and functionalities for daily maintenance of Internet banking and app;
- Provide assistance to colleagues, particularly in the AML department, offering guidance on internal system functionality and problem resolution;
- Contribute to the enhancement of monitoring rules, with a focus on continuous improvement and seamless transitions in responsibilities;
- Resolve customer issues related to API integration, ensuring a smooth experience for external users;
- Authore comprehensive API documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders;
- Play a key role in testing and validating changes and bug fixes during internal system releases;
- Supervise and strategize the development of smaller features, ensuring alignment with overall product goals.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams in a professional manner
- Positive, polite, and proactive attitude
- Extremely good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to changes in the situation
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
- University education is a plus but could be a final year student as well
- Basic technical background or a high level of motivation and capacity to quickly grasp and apply IT concepts.
